4th district. Pros: it is much cheaper than the center, but very close to it ... the bike is located just 3 minutes and all. Cons: dirty, very little European-style cafes, heavily polluted, noisy. I would have settled there if I was not married. For a bachelor who knows how to drive a bike and saves money - not a bad option.
1st district Pros: lots of restaurants to the most exacting taste .... all within walking distance ... much cleaner than the 4th district, is where to go, what to see. Cons: a lot of transport - and just pedestrians ... Sometimes you want a more peaceful place ... and housing prices - this is probably the main disadvantage of this area.
From the experience of colleagues - one removes the whole house in the 10th district, a little longer to get - but the whole house it.
