A distinctive feature of this apartment is that there is usually no small apartments. At least this one bedroom apartment of 70-90 squares .... in most of this 2 bedrooms apartment of 100-110 kvadaratov. Note this feature - they usually consider only the number of bedrooms, 2 bedrooms respectively means that the apartment is a 3-room. Very often they are 2 separate toilets / bathrooms. As someone subtly noticed - these are made specifically for the Europeans, who have eaten something realties not something for dinner ... so they can dvoem dristat simultaneously. The price for such apartments starts from $ 700 to $ 1500. Cootvetstvenno for $ 700, you can take the apartment in not the most liveable areas ... and without a pool ..         3. Detached house. Near the center, they are not very cheap, but in remote areas of small houses can cost as much as apartments near the center. This is so to speak - on the fan, for those just wanting to have a separate house.

     4th district. Pros: it is much cheaper than the center, but very close to it ... the bike is located just 3 minutes and all. Cons: dirty, very little European-style cafes, heavily polluted, noisy. I would have settled there if I was not married. For a bachelor who knows how to drive a bike and saves money - not a bad option.
  1st district Pros: lots of restaurants to the most exacting taste .... all within walking distance ... much cleaner than the 4th district, is where to go, what to see. Cons: a lot of transport - and just pedestrians ... Sometimes you want a more peaceful place ... and housing prices - this is probably the main disadvantage of this area.    
       From the experience of colleagues - one removes the whole house in the 10th district, a little longer to get - but the whole house it.
